Refund Policy for Adroit Global LLC Student Loan Forgiveness Program

1. Refund Eligibility

Adroit Student Loan Assistance (a line of business of Adroit Global, LLC) is designed to assist

qualifying individuals in managing their student loan debt. Our refund policy applies to fees paid by

program participants for enrollment, consultation, or related services.

Please take note of the following:

● Ineligibility: If an enrolled participant is deemed ineligible for our student loan forgiveness

program due to factors beyond their control, they may be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.

● Cancellation: If a participant decides to cancel their enrollment in the program before any

services are rendered, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

● Dissatisfaction: If a participant is dissatisfied with our services and can provide valid

reasons, they may be eligible for a refund, subject to our satisfaction guarantee terms.

● Exclusions: Please note that refunds under our satisfaction guarantee are subject to

review and approval. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, violation

of our policies, or where valid reasons do not substantiate the dissatisfaction.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, participants must submit a refund request in writing to our customer

support team at info.adroit.global@gmail.com. The request must include relevant details

such as the participants name, contact information, enrollment details, and reasons for the

refund request.

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the request and assess its eligibility based

on our refund policy criteria. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within

a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment.

3. Refund Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

● Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees associated with our student loan forgiveness program

may be non-refundable, such as administrative fees, third-party processing fees, or fees

for services already rendered.

● Change of Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted for changes in a participants

financial or personal circumstances that occur after enrollment in the program unless such

changes render the participant ineligible for the program.
